ShirtJac Size Chart

NOTE: The tables show the measurements of the garment itself.   Also, we are revising this chart now.  Sorry for confusion! -- Ralph

Click to return the ShirtJac page.

The easiest way to determine the size you should order is to measure a garment you already have that fits the way you want. Lay your garment very flat on a table and measure across the chest, just below the armpits. That will give you half the chest size. So if your garment measures 24 inches across the chest, you would order a size Large (49-1/2 inch chest).

If you seem to be in-between sizes, we suggest ordering the larger size.

  • Chest is measured 1 inch below armhole.
  • Bottom Circumference is width of garment at the bottom.
  • Sleeve Length is from center back of neck across outside of arm.  Sorry this number doesn't match the drawing.  Need to do some measuring!!
  • Body Length is measurement from the collar seam (center back) to bottom of garment.
  • Across Shoulder measurement is from shoulder tip thru back of neck to other should tip point
  • XS = Extra Small; S = Small; M = Medium; L = Large; XL = Extra Large; 2XL = Extra Extra Large; 3XL = Extra Extra Extra Large

In August of 2023, WeatherWool began using sizing-guide drawings from Rachael Kranick (RachaelKranick.com). This drawing shows how WeatherWool’s ShirtJac is measured.

We'll get some new numbers here for the ShirtJac soon.   In the meantime, please work with the size chart for the CPO.
