PRE-ORDER Guarantees Your Garment
Due to our extremely long production cycle (12-18 months for most pieces) and strong interest in our garments, we are moving toward offering our products on a Pre-Order basis.A focus on pre-orders will enable us to use our Fabric more efficiently and fill more orders more quickly.

Here's the new SOP (Standard Operating Procedure):
- About two weeks before the tailors begin work on a specific item, we'll let everyone know, and begin to accept paid pre-orders
- Until paid pre-orders are accepted, we'll still be glad to take backorders as before
This is a family, personal business. We enjoy direct customer communication and we handle every order manually. You can place your order by website, email or telephone.

Any order can be canceled or modified.
Special Arrangements Are Always Possible
We have records of all our customers and sales and would like to provide special arrangements for long-term loyal customers with whom we have established relationships. Even if you are a new customer, you are welcome to call and ask for special arrangements. One special arrangement that comes to mind is a customer who works as a commercial sailor ... her items are actually delivered with "Anchors Aweigh". We enjoy accommodating unusual situations.
