PRE-ORDER Reserves Your Garment
Pre-Orders, Reservations, ASAP Orders ... all the sameI try to avoid fine-print, but, here is some fine-print.
- If the website accepts payment, the item is in stock and we'll ship right
away. Same-day shipping is the goal, but we've been behind lately - If the website does not accept payment, you can hit the NOTIFY button.
That will tell me what you want, and we appreciate the interest, but
NOTIFY is not a reservation - If you want a reservation (same as a pre-order or an ASAP order), we need
your billing and shipping addresses, credit card info (number, expiry,
security code) and of course contact info (name, phone, email) - With a reservation on file, we will make the item specifically for you, and
we will charge your credit card when we ship your wool - A reservation locks in a price
- A reservation can be modified or canceled at any time
- Before we go into production, we'll try to get back to the people who did the
NOTIFY routine, but the great majority of them don't mean it, so ...
This is a family, personal business. We enjoy direct customer communication and we handle every order manually. You can place your order by website, email or telephone.
