Refund policy
We strive to be sure nobody is unhappy. If you want a refund for any reason, tell us. Even if it's just a matter of needing the cash. Unless you REALLY aggravate me personally, you'll get a 100% refund. I've only made one exception since we founded the company.
What we hope is that you test WeatherWool for "fit" in your living room -- quickly -- don't wear it around the house for hours and don't take it outside. If the fit is not what you want, let us know and we'll figure out exchange or refund or ... And please NO PETS near it until you know it's a keeper..
If the fit is good, give your WeatherWool a prolonged, heavy-duty field test ... THEN decide whether you'd like to keep it, or return for a full refund.
NOTE: If you are a difficult sort or a habitual returner, please go elsewhere. No aggravation wanted!!
