Given our extremely long production cycle (12-18 months for most pieces), we need a better way to manage orders.

We are changing things somewhat.  It's my understanding that anyone under 40 (youngsters, I'm jealous) expects this:

• For any item not in stock, people can place no-obligation backorders until a week or two before production of that item begins
• People can reserve backordered items by leaving a credit card on file with us.  We won't charge the card until production actually begins, but a card on file creates a reservation, and exempts the order from potential price increases.  These are SHIP ASAP backorders
• A week or two before the tailors actually begin their work, we will switch to "live", paid orders.  Anyone can then place a paid order
• At about this time, we will also run the credit cards for SHIP ASAP backorders
• All paid orders, including of course all SHIP ASAP backorders, are guaranteed a garment in that production run
• We'll send an email with a tracking number when the garment ships
• We will normally make some extra garments, but these may all be spoken for by the time the tailors actually complete their work

We can always make special arrangements.

If the website isn't accepting paid orders, you can transmit credit/debit card info to us in a variety of ways ... phone call, text, email, WhatsApp, messenger ... You can send photos, PDF, split the information over different messages .... whatever works for you. We will not process payment until production, as described above. And of course you can still cancel anytime.

Regarding actual delivery, it's good to know if the package can be left without a signature and if you have a preferred carrier. We can ship however you'd like, but special shipping may cost extra.  Usually we ship without requiring a signature for delivery.  Mostly we ship UPS, but we also use USPS quite a bit.  Depends on location.
