Harald Krauss

ADVISOR -- CUSTOMER

Information about Harald in English appears below the German. At present Harald is helping design the Runner, a WeatherWool shirt for vigorous activity like running.

Germany (Karlsruhe, in SouthWest Germany)

harald@das-lauferei.DE

Spezialitäten: trail running, ultrarunning, adventure running, Wandern, Radfahre

Specialties: Trail running, ultra running, adventure running, hiking, cycling

Harald is an avid ultra-trail runner who enjoys mountains and colder weather. If it's bad, it's joyful if you're wearing the right clothes. In his blog, www.das-lauferei.de, he writes (in German) about running, outdoor sports and general athletics, being an RKC-certified kettlebell instructor. There's always a sense of humor, which brings him on stage, doing comedy as Coach Siggi, mocking the sports world. Wool plays an increasingly important part in his wardrobe, being it for the sheer comfort, weatherproofing or the freedom you get because you'd only take one shirt. Harald loves the coziness of Al's Anorak on winter hiking trips or when he returns to his car after a long run in cold weather. [Note: Harald's native language is German, but he has great English, too ... He wrote his own bio here, for example, in English and German.] Please click for pictures of Harald in Germany.
