Maritime Spook

David Jacques, The Maritime Spook, hails from the shores of Bay of Fundy, New Brunswick, Canada. The Bay of Fundy has some of the most extreme tides on Earth. It's great to just sit and watch them go. When I mentioned to Spook that we love Fundy for the seafood as well as the tides, he told me the local Passamaquoddy Tribe has a saying: WHEN THE TIDE IS OUT, THE TABLE IS SET. We love this line!

David is a Nature Guide and forages the Fundy environment for seafood and Chaga, a fungus prized for its medicinal properties. Chaga is valuable, but David donates the chaga to those who need it.
