Great Outdoor Studios
In 2015, we got a call from Michael Engelmeyer, owner of Great Outdoor Studios of Springfield, Missouri. Michael is a serious outdoorsman as well as a media professional, and he was interested in wearing some wool for his work, which is often performed in difficult conditions for long hours.
Mike wears his Anorak for many professional assignments and a wide variety of leisure activities. Mike's use of his Anorak really helps to underscore WeatherWool versatility.
The first series of pictures below were taken around Aspen, Colorado, where Michael was doing a major production. Morning temperatures were around freezing, then up to 75F/24C or so in the afternoon sun.
Michael is wearing an Anorak in size 3X. Michael is 6’8” (203 cm) and 220 pounds (100 kg) ... we are happy to see the 3X has the length he needs.
Photographers need pictures from many different angles. Even if the weeds were wet, it would have been no problem for the WeatherWool.
In the pictures above and below, the model, professional guide and WeatherWool Advisor Ian McLendon, is wearing WeatherWool Pants in solid DRAB color. From pictures it is not possible to tell whether these are FullWeight or MidWeight Pants. The photographer is wearing the same Al's Anorak in both pictures. The LYNX Pattern of the Anorak will appear lighter or darker depending upon a number of natural factors, plus of course the calibration of cameras and viewing monitors.
The pictures below were taken during a major commercial shoot in Summer of 2017 in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of Northern California.
