If your WeatherWool fits you in your living room, give it a heavy-duty field test -- whatever you think is appropriate. If you are not fully satisfied, we'll ALMOST CERTAINLY grant a 100% refund.   I REALLY don't want anyone to feel they've come up short somehow.   However, I'm too old to put up with jackholes, and so far, in the entire history of our company, there has been ONE person to whom I did not willingly grant a 100% refund.

Usually, you'd be returning using a prepaid US Postal Service label from us.   But if not, such as customers outside the USA, make sure to include info so we know who the return is from, and send to:
