Zimbabwe
In May of 2012, our buddy Dave traveled from his home in America's Midwest to hunt in Zimbabwe.
The professional hunter told Dave to bring some warm clothing for the mornings and evenings, when the temperatures can fall close to freezing. But he also needed something he could wear when it got warmer. In mid-day, it was truly warm.
Camo clothing is not acceptable in Zim, so Dave asked us if he could get his hands on some of our test pieces in DRAB, and that is what Dave is wearing in these pictures. The fabric did not pass all our tests, although we are very happy with the DRAB color. But in any case, the WeatherWool worked great for Dave. The DRAB color was just right for the Zimbabwe bush. Dave gave one of the WeatherWool Hooded Jackets to his PH (guide), who also liked it a lot.
