Quality Control Hooded Jacket
April 2023

1. Make sure size tag matches the actual size of garment (measure across chest)
2. Examine Fabric of entire garment, inside and outside
3. All seams secure, straight, neat (inside and out)
4. Cuffs sewn properly/securely
5. Cuffs with correct sizing and “stretch”
6. All threads trimmed and loose threads removed
7. Check cord locks
8. Check front Double Zip
9. Handwarmer/Cargo Pockets symmetrical
10. Bar tack on cargo pockets – up 2.5 inches on each cargo opening
11. Inside sleeve – all threads trimmed
12. Label with batch number under size label
13. Check all sewing is straight and proper tension
