• Pre-Orders are paid.  Beginning about two weeks before we put an item into production, fully-paid pre-orders tell us what to make.  We'll normally make some extras, even if only to accommodate size-changes
• ASAP Orders and Reservations are not the same as pre-orders.   We do not run the credit card until we are ready for Pre-Orders but leaving a credit card on file ensures we'll make the piece you wish next time we make that item.  It also locks in the price if there is a price increases on that garment prior to the next run.   When we go into production, we'll run the card and the ASAP/Reservation becomes a Pre-Order

I try to avoid fine-print, but, here is some fine-print.

• If the website accepts payment, the item is in stock or in production and we'll ship as soon as we can.   The website text will have info about what is on hand, but it becomes very cumbersome with nine sizes and around ten different Fabrics.   And we surely don't want to wait until we're completely sold out to start making something again
• Same-day shipping is always the goal, but sometimes we can't manage
• If the website does not accept payment, you can hit the NOTIFY button.  That will tell me what you want, and we appreciate the interest, but NOTIFY is not a SHIP ASAP/Reservation
• If you want a SHIP ASAP/Reservation, we need your billing and shipping addresses, credit card info (number, expiry, security code) and of course contact info (name, phone, email)
• SHIP ASAP/Reservation and even Pre-Orders can be modified or cancelled anytime
• As we go into the Pre-Order period, we'll try to get back to the people who did NOTIFY
• We will generally send out a newsletter prior to each Pre-Order so if leaving a credit card on file is not something you feel comfortable with sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of this page and keep an eye out for Pre-Order announcements.
