Customer to Customer
The idea of customer-to-customer activity is new as of May 2020.
We have been handling Used pieces for a long time -- mostly because people needed a different size -- and we have viewed it as a customer service.
But when I got a call from a guy who wanted to sell two almost-new Anoraks it got me thinking if it still made sense for us to stand in the middle. Extra shipping and credit card costs don't add any value, and our customers are virtually always a pleasure to deal with. So I decided it would be worth experimenting and letting this customer speak directly with whoever might want to buy his Anoraks.
We'll see how this experiment goes ... if there are no problems, we'll keep this as an option. But if someone would prefer to send Used pieces to us, we'll continue to facilitate as before.
We ask that all customer-to-customer contacts be frank, honest and never misleading. Based on all we've experienced with our customers, I expect customer-to-customer will work out just fine.

- If your Used piece has been sold so we can delist it
- If you have a problem with a buyer or a seller
